JLY Construction Managers was launched by Joel and Laura Yencho in September, 2020.

Our main office is located at 990 State St., in the vibrant East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut.

JLY Construction Managers is a group of dynamic young professionals focused on commercial and public construction management, general contracting and the training and development of individuals in the field of construction project management.  Our diverse backgrounds in contracting, management and engineering allow us to offer an experienced, yet fresh approach to the otherwise conventional ways of doing business within the construction industry.

We believe in doing the little things right, focusing on the details, and delivering exceptionally clear communication.  We do what is fair and honest for our clients, for our subcontractors, and for our employees.  We get results, though we always treat people with respect.
